out (t)here…with India Flint

When India Flint announced her guided excursion to this very special place,
I was inspired to post this collection of photos I took on an extraordinary journey
to the very same destination some years ago…

hoping I've done it justice...

the road to Wirrealpa

Thank you my friend.

India writes about her upcoming offering HERE

    1. You are most welcome! And you are not the only one who had more hair back then ;-)….
The cloth seemed like an angel wing to me. It was all magic.

    1. Difficult to edit them for sure….there were many more. And I guess it's worth mentioning the rarity of the Sturt's Desert Peas in the photos above, lest your guests expect to see them. The rains that year brought sights, that you pointed out, most Australian's never get to see.

    1. You are so welcome Velma! You know that land….what I can't convey here is how it 'feels' to stand on it.

    1. Wirrealpa Station is a working sheep ranch north of Adelaide, Port Augusta and the Flinders Ranges, in South Australia. So am I on the other side of the world from there! I just added links to India's Blog and Wirrealpa Station at the bottom of this post. Thank you for asking Diana.

  8. Thank you for this visit to Australia. What you have shown in these amazing images is what I have imagined....so grand and open, marked with repetition of beautiful small things. I was mesmerized by this visit.
